Comment construire un plan d\u2019action ? Comment g\u00e9rer un projet ? Elles ont aussi besoin d\u2019un accompagnement concret pour prendre en main des outils comme Discord ou faire leurs premiers pas sur Thunkable, notre plateforme de d\u00e9veloppement low code. Le niveau d\u2019autonomie varie beaucoup d\u2019une \u00e9quipe \u00e0 l\u2019autre : certaines sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s d\u00e9brouillardes, d\u2019autres demandent davantage de soutien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:15px\">Devenir mentor repr\u00e9sente un engagement minimum de 2 heures par semaine de novembre \u00e0 mai. Chaque samedi matin de 10h30 \u00e0 12h30 (hors vacances scolaires de la zone C), vous suivez les cours avec les jeunes filles puis animez votre groupe lors de l\u2019atelier qui suit.
