Pour autant, les femmes n&rsquo;occupent aujourd&rsquo;hui que 27,9% des postes dans le num\u00e9rique, <strong>22 % en intelligence artificielle<\/strong> et 16% dans les m\u00e9tiers techniques [1]. Fort de ce constat, <strong>Technovation Girls <\/strong>a pour ambition de remettre en cause les\u00a0 fortes in\u00e9galit\u00e9s d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s aux m\u00e9tiers d&rsquo;avenirs en s&rsquo;y attaquant \u00e0 la source avec pour objectif d&rsquo;augmenter de mani\u00e8re significative la part des filles dans les sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s scientifiques au lyc\u00e9e et dans fili\u00e8res num\u00e9riques et techniques post bac.<br><br>La m\u00e9thode Technovation aide les jeunes filles \u00e0 renforcer leur confiance en elles et \u00e0 modifier <br>leurs perceptions vis-\u00e0-vis des domaines des Sciences, Technologies, Ing\u00e9nierie et Math\u00e9matiques (STEM). <\/strong><br><strong>En les encourageant \u00e0 explorer leurs comp\u00e9tences dans ces domaines, nous contribuons \u00e0 construire <\/strong><br><strong>une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise inclusive offrant une diversit\u00e9 de perspectives et d&rsquo;id\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cover alignfull\"><span aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-cover__background has-ast-global-color-5-background-color has-background-dim-100 has-background-dim\"><\/span><div class=\"wp-block-cover__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-cover-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-text-color\" style=\"color:#0076cf\">Tech for Good<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"724\" src=\"http:\/\/technovationfrance.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/F-SDG-Poster-2019_without-UN-emblem_CMYK-1024x724.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-771 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/technovationfrance.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/F-SDG-Poster-2019_without-UN-emblem_CMYK-1024x724.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/technovationfrance.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/F-SDG-Poster-2019_without-UN-emblem_CMYK-300x212.jpg 300w, https:\/\/technovationfrance.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/F-SDG-Poster-2019_without-UN-emblem_CMYK-768x543.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:15px\"><br>Le programme propos\u00e9 par l\u2019association repose sur la volont\u00e9 de montrer aux coll\u00e9giennes et aux lyc\u00e9ennes que la technologie peut avoir un impact positif sur la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et qu&rsquo;elles peuvent \u00eatre actrices du changement. <br><br>Technovation Girls fait r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir les jeunes filles autour de probl\u00e9matiques du monde r\u00e9el ce qui permet de donner vie \u00e0 la technologie de mani\u00e8re imm\u00e9diate et concr\u00e8te. Les participantes recherchent un probl\u00e8me dans leur communaut\u00e9 et d\u00e9veloppent leur projet autour d&rsquo;une solution pour y rem\u00e9dier.
